  • What is the format of this container?

    Each month you will receive one 90 minute coaching session with both Ava and Amanda, one 30 minute training inside of the Facebook community with Ava and Amanda, and various monthly challenges and giveaways to stretch you into expansion throughout the duration of the container. The calls will be held on Zoom, and streamed on Facebook. So, two calls, the Facebook community, and the course portal throughout the 12 months that you're inside.

  • What is the official schedule of calls?

    Coaching calls happen on Zoom on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, and Facebook Live trainings will happen on the 4th Tuesday of every month. If you're unable to make it live, every training will be recorded!

  • Can you provide the dates & times of the calls? Absolutely! Please see the listed dates & times below.
